Zan Holmes to preach at Cathedral of Hope

The Cathedral of Hope will observe the 40th anniversary of the death of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. by welcoming the Rev. Zan Holmes to its pulpit on Sunday (April 6) at the 9 and 11 a.m. services.

Holmes is pastor emeritus of St. Luke Community United Methodist Church in Dallas, where he served as senior pastor for 28 years. He taught preaching at Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University for 24 years, and served four years in the Texas House of Representatives, beginning in 1969.
