Federal judge finds religious bias in Ga. Tech gay-rights manual

ATLANTA — A federal judge says a gay-rights program sanctioned by the Georgia Institute of Technology cannot use language that discriminates against religions that condemn homosexuality.
University officials said the information was removed a year ago, and that the April 29 ruling requires no further action from Tech. They said they disagreed with the ruling but did not plan to appeal.
