The aliens are coming and their goal is to invade and destroy.
This is the byline of a popular movie which shares its’ name with this holiday.
Sadly, it could also be an American Indian statement. Uttered upon the invasion of their land.
Oddly enough, those who came to America were fleeing oppression. Yet, they oppressed the American Indian.
Since the country was founded on hypocrisy it should be no surprise to see hypocrisy flourish as it does in current times.
Oppression via hypocrisy has become a fine tuned machine.
