While Pegah Emambakhsh has indeed been released from Yarl's Wood Detention Centre, she has by no means won her asylum case to stay in England.
She is appealing to the High Court the decision by the Home Office to deport her back to Iran. This case has yet to be heard, so the deportation order still stands.
However, she is indeed out of detention and back with her friends and supporters in Sheffield.
although she is now out of detention, on bail, her position in the UK is still very uncertain. so the campaign continues
